What are Veneers?

What does getting veneers involve?
Veneers usually take 2-3 visits to complete the process, with little or no anesthesia needed.
The teeth are prepared for the thickness of the veneer by lightly shaping the surface. A mold is taken of the teeth and a shade or color is chosen.
At the next visit, the teeth are cleaned with special materials to achieve a bond. Bonding cement is placed between the veneer and tooth, and a special light is used to set the bond.
You’ll be amazed to see that once the veneers are placed, they look just like natural teeth – only better.
